The 2026 world club rankings turned out to be fairly predictable.

The Sportico website has published a ranking of the world’s most valuable football clubs. The top 10 includes two clubs featuring Ukrainian players.

The ranking was based on each club’s revenue from three main segments: broadcasting, advertising and commercial activities, as well as ticket and season ticket sales. Revenue was calculated excluding transfer fees and value-added tax, based on publicly available financial reports.

There are 18 MLS clubs in the top 50, though none of them made it into the top 10. In contrast, the top 10 features six representatives from the English Premier League.

Real Madrid, for whom Ukrainian Andriy Lunin plays, topped the rankings. The top three also included another La Liga club, Barcelona, and Premier League side Manchester United. Ilya Zabarnyi’s PSG also featured in the top ten.

Of the top 10 clubs, three are currently still in contention for the Champions League title — they will play in the semi-finals. The highest-ranked of these, in fourth place, is Bayern Munich, whilst Arsenal and PSG occupy seventh and eighth places.

As a reminder, Ukraine achieved historic success at the 2026 European Weightlifting Championships.
