Pittsburgh Penguins star Sidney Crosby underwent a medical examination after returning from the 2026 Olympic Games. The athlete was diagnosed with a leg injury that will keep him out of action for four to six weeks, according to Sport Bet.

The injury turned out to be serious: because of it, Crosby was unable to help the Canadian team in the semi-finals and finals of the Winter Games. Although Sidney risks missing the rest of the regular season, doctors are optimistic about his return to the ice in early April. This season, the veteran has scored 27 goals and 59 points in 56 games.
