Israeli bobsledder Adam Edelman reported that the national team was robbed while preparing for the 2026 Winter Olympics. Unknown individuals broke into the team’s accommodation at a training camp, stealing the athletes’ passports and valuable property worth thousands of dollars, according to Sport Bet.
Adam Edelman emphasised that the Israeli national bobsleigh team is a true symbol of resilience and moving forward despite any obstacles. Despite the serious incident involving the theft of documents, equipment and personal belongings, the athletes did not stop training and returned to training the very next day. According to Edelman, such dedication and resilience best embody the true Israeli spirit.
