The list of participants in the delegation that will represent Ukraine at the 2026 Olympic Games has been officially approved. The total number of representatives of the national team is 103 people.

The delegation includes 46 athletes, while 42 specialists, including coaches, medical and technical staff, will accompany our Olympians. Another 15 people have been included in the national team’s headquarters to coordinate and provide support for our athletes during the competitions, according to the press service of the National Olympic Committee (NOC).

The Ukrainian team at the Winter Games in Milan and Cortina d’Ampezzo will be represented by 46 athletes, which is a record number of licenses obtained since the 2010 Olympics.

The largest groups in the Ukrainian team are biathlon and luge representatives, with ten people in each sport. Freestylers also make up a significant part of the delegation, with nine participating in the 2026 Games. In addition to eight ski acrobatic specialists, Kateryna Kotsar will also participate in the Olympics. She is the first athlete in the history of Ukrainian sport to compete for medals in slopestyle and big air.

The biathlon team at the 2026 Winter Games will be represented by: men — Dmytro Pidruchnyi, Vitalii Mandzyn, Bohdan Borkovskyi, Anton Dudchenko, Taras Lesyuk; women — Khristina Dmytrenko, Olena Horodna, Yuliia Dzhyma, Daryna Chalyk, Oleksandra Merkushyna.

Luge will be represented by: men — Anton Dukach, Andriy Mandziy (both — single sleds), Ihor Hoy and Nazariy Karchmar, Danylo Martsinovsky and Bohdan Babura (all — two-man sleds), women — Yulianna Tunitska, Olena Smaga (both — single sled), Olena Stetskiv and Oleksandra Mokh (both — two-man sled).

Nine representatives of Ukraine were included in the Olympic freestyle application: men — Dmytro Kotovskyi, Oleksandr Okipniuk, Yan Gavryuk, Maksym Kuznetsov, women — Angelina Brykina, Diana Yablonska, Oksana Yatsyuk, Nelly Popovich (all — ski acrobatics), Kateryna Kotsar (big air and slopestyle).

Six athletes will represent Ukraine in ski racing: men — Dmytro Dragun, Oleksandr Lisogor, women — Anastasia Nikon, Sofia Shkatula, Yelyzaveta Nopriyenko, Daryna Migal.

In ski biathlon, two experienced male athletes will defend the blue and yellow flag: Dmytro Mazurchuk and Oleksandr Shumbarets.

Two athletes will represent Ukraine in alpine skiing. The team will compete in both the men’s and women’s events. The team consists of Dmytro Shepyuk and Anastasia Shepilenko.

In the ski jumping sector, Vitaliy Kalinichenko and Yevhen Marusiak will defend the honour of the blue and yellow.

Two Ukrainian athletes will compete for Olympic medals in short track speed skating. Speed skaters Oleg Ganley and Yelizaveta Sydorko will defend the country’s sporting honour on the ice tracks.

Vladislav Heraskevich will represent Ukraine in skeleton.

Experienced Annamari Dancha will represent our country in snowboarding.

Kirill Marsak will be the only figure skater from Ukraine at these Winter Games.

The XXV Winter Olympics will start on 4 February. The competitions will take place in Milan and Cortina d’Ampezzo. The competitions will last until 22 February. During these two weeks, athletes from around the world will compete for 116 sets of medals in various disciplines.
