Ukraine’s national team has won the first award at the World Junior Climbing Championships in Helsinki, Finland. Rafael Kazbekova won the gold medal, Sport Bet reports.
The Ukrainian was first in the difficulty discipline in the U17 age group.
In fact, the 16-year-old athlete continued the family tradition, as her sister Yevheniia won the previous Ukrainian gold medal at the World Under-17 Championships in 2010.
