Ukraine’s ski acrobatics team showed the best result in history in the mixed team event at the World Championships
The national team won only one medal. This was achieved by the ski acrobats in the team competition, with Angelina Brykina, Dmytro Kotovskyi and Oleksandr Okipniuk taking silver.
In 2025, Ukraine competed in the team event with Angelina Brykina, Oleksandr Okipnyuk and Dmytro Kotovskyi. It was in this line-up that the Ukrainians first competed in the final, where they showed the fourth best result out of seven teams and reached the super final.
In the super final, Ukraine competed with the United States, Switzerland, and Australia. In particular, Kotovskyi managed to perform the extremely difficult Hurricane jump.
As you know, Swiss Noe Roth performed the best jump in the history of ski acrobatics.
